Buy low and sell high? why? what? when?

BUY LOW SELL HIGH
A stock is going down.it is trading lower price.
can we buy at current low price?

Answer is no. dont buy.

Because after you buy,it might further go down.
How to avoid the problem-I buy and share drops?

First thing.
Dont ever buy as the stock is still going down.
WAIT TILL IT HITS A BOTTOM AND
BUY as it begins rise in price with volume rise.

Second thing
see the stock personality.
If it went down 10times in the past,how many times did it bounce back fast?
If the answer is 7,then go for it buy at a bottom.

What do you mean by buy at bottom?
The bottom is a support.
Long term support=200dma
Short term support=50dma
Which is the reliable support?
The trendline.

BUY AT OR NEAR BY SUPPORT.
depending upon your timeframe of trading,choose the right support from three things given above.
Remember
Dont buy stocks in a major market downtrend.
It is doing wrong thing. it is going against the trend. It can sink you.

If price is falling and volumes rising it means all the guys are selling.
Would you buy at such a time?

BUY AS THE DOWNTREND ENDS AND UPTREND HAS JUST BEGUN.
DONT BUY IN A DOWNTREND.
BUY AS UPTREND BEGINS. price rises,volumes rise.

go to 50/200 in file menu under technical analysis it will go to internet and find you all the stock with data like 50days, 200days ,price/50 , price/200 and 50/200 and volume/avg vol of you get any error please click ok then -- saving of the data is not available we ill send you send you message in smartstock look for versio 7.2 soon
